Refund policy
This policy covers payments for FansLuxury plans, from Creator Club to Roster. A plan opens production planning, member rates and concierge time from the moment it is paid, so every plan payment is final. Effective October 14, 2026.
Questions go to support@fansluxury.com from the email address on your account.
What this means for you
- Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and the charge for a period stays paid once that period has begun.
- You can stop renewal in your account billing page whenever you like. Your plan keeps working to the last day you paid for.
- Money goes back only in three cases: a double charge caused by us, a proven unauthorized charge, or a total outage of the service.
Cases where the charge stays
The plan fee pays for access to production planning and member rates during the period, not for the number of shoots you complete. The charge is kept when, for example:
- you planned no shoot, or fewer shoot days than the plan allows, before the period ended;
- a trip to Miami, Dubai or Los Angeles was moved or dropped on your side;
- unused shoot days, edits or wardrobe pulls expired at the end of the period;
- you did not like the look of a set, a location or an edit that matched the brief you approved;
- renewal ran because it was still switched on;
- your account was closed for breaking the terms or the creator shoot rules.
Double charge
If a fault on our side billed the same plan and period twice, the extra charge is returned in full.
Unauthorized charge
If your card was used without your permission and you tell us within 14 days of the charge, we review the payment record and your account activity. When it is confirmed, we return the charge and close the account it paid for.
Total outage
If the service was completely unavailable to you for a large part of a paid period through our fault, and you reported it while it was happening, we may return the share of the fee that covers the downtime. A slow page or one failed upload is not an outage.
Limits on any return
A returned amount goes back to the original card or wallet and is never more than what was paid for that period.
How to ask
Email support@fansluxury.com from the address on your account within 14 days of the charge. Give the date, the amount and the case above that applies. Every request gets a written reply.
Marketplace bookings
A booking of a location, car, yacht, studio or crew is a contract with the partner who listed it. Its cancellation terms are the ones shown on that listing. This policy covers plan payments only.
Cancelling and changing plans
Stopping renewal ends future charges. It does not reverse a payment already taken, and there are no prorated returns for unused days. Moving up to a higher plan charges the difference at once. Moving down starts the smaller plan at the next renewal, with nothing returned.
Renewals and retried payments
Plans renew automatically at the start of each period while renewal is on. A failed renewal stays due and the payment operator retries it. A renewal that went through is final under this policy.
What we keep
For each plan we keep your acceptance of the terms at checkout, the activity log of your account and the payment record held by the payment operator, including any 3D Secure result. We use these when we review a request or a dispute.
Disputes with your bank
Talk to us before you open a dispute. A chargeback on a valid charge without contacting us first breaks the terms, and we may close the account while it is open. We share the records above so the card network can decide.
Immediate start
By completing checkout you ask for the plan to start right away. Where consumer law gives a right to withdraw from a contract for digital services, you accept that this right ends once the plan has started.
Earlier payments
Payments made before October 14, 2026 stay under the terms in force when they were made.
