For a photo studio in Miami, FansLuxury lists creator friendly sets across Miami Beach, Brickell, Wynwood and Coconut Grove, plus supercars and a yacht on Biscayne Bay, all with owner consent for shoots.
Every listing shows its allowed shoot types and an hourly rate, so you can plan a day across neighborhoods without calling around.

Miami neighborhoods and what they look like on camera
Miami is spread out across water, and every area gives a different kind of frame. Pick the neighborhood by the look first, then the listing.
Miami Beach
Bay views, white architecture and late afternoon light over the water. The Bayfront glass villa sits here, with a pool and terrace facing west toward the bay, so sunset falls straight onto the set.
Brickell
Glass towers and a dense skyline. The Brickell penthouse set gives you city at night, floor to ceiling windows and a clean modern interior for lingerie or lifestyle looks where the owner allows them.
Wynwood
Industrial streets and murals outside, styled rooms inside. The Wynwood content house works for creators who want several different looking rooms in one booking at a lower hourly rate.
Coconut Grove
Old trees, gardens and quiet residential streets. The Coconut Grove garden villa gives soft shade at midday, which helps on bright summer days.
Biscayne Bay
Open water between the mainland and Miami Beach. The 80 ft motor yacht leaves for the bay with the skyline behind you.

Light and weather in Miami
The dry season runs from November to April: lower humidity, steady sun and fewer interruptions. This is peak time for outdoor pool and yacht sets, so book early.
From June to October, afternoon storms are common and often short. Plan outdoor looks in the morning, keep an indoor set ready for the afternoon, and leave room in the timeline for a 30 to 60 minute pause. Hurricane season also falls in these months, and your producer watches the forecast before confirming outdoor days.
Midday sun in Miami is hard and high. Shade sets like the Coconut Grove villa, or interiors in Brickell, carry the middle of the day, and golden hour belongs to the waterfront.
Permits for public places
Public beaches, parks and some streets usually require a film permit for commercial shoots, and rules differ between the City of Miami, Miami Beach and Miami-Dade County. Private property needs owner consent, which is exactly what our listings document. That is why most creator sets stay inside villas, penthouses and on the yacht.
Moving between sets
Brickell to Miami Beach is often 20 to 40 minutes across the causeways, and longer at rush hour or on event weekends. Wynwood sits between the two. Coconut Grove is south of Brickell. The Shoot Planner groups sets that are close together and adds realistic travel time, so a villa morning and a Ferrari afternoon do not collide with traffic.
The luxury content shoot Miami package already combines a Miami villa, a Ferrari and a photographer for six hours. Water sets are on yacht photoshoot.
FAQ
Is there a classic photo studio in Miami on FansLuxury?
Our Miami sets are lived in spaces: villas, a penthouse set and a content house. They give more looks per hour than a white wall studio. For ready built sets like a jet cabin, see FansLuxury Studios.
What is the best month to shoot in Miami?
November to April is the most reliable. Summer works with morning outdoor sets and an indoor backup.
Can I shoot on a Miami beach?
Public beaches usually need a film permit for commercial shoots. Most creators use private pools and the yacht instead.
Are Miami crews available?
Yes. Photographers start from $150/hour and videographers from $175/hour in shoot plans, all verified and under NDA.
How do I see the exact address?
Addresses appear only after a confirmed booking, inside your account.
