Privacy policy

• Account data: email address, password (stored hashed), display name, plan and billing history.
• Verification data: ID document images, selfie and the result of the check, for creators and every person named on a booking.
• Booking data: dates, listings, shoot types, crew, people on set, messages with partners and producers.
• Delivery data: photos and clips in your private delivery folder.
• Partner data: business verification documents, insurance, house rules, listings and payout details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and security logs needed to protect the service.

We use your data to create and secure your account, verify that everyone on set is an adult, process bookings and payments, deliver your content, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Verification documents are stored encrypted, accessible only to the people who handle checks, and kept only as long as needed. After a check is completed, documents are deleted according to our retention policy, and we keep only the result of the check and the date. Where the law requires us to keep records longer, we keep only what is required.

Your delivery folder is private. Only you, and on Roster plans the agency roles you share it with, can see it. Crews work under NDA. Location addresses are shown only to members with a booking. Read more in the creator shoot rules.

We use only essential cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in and security cookies that protect forms. We do not use advertising pixels or tracking cookies, which is why the site has no cookie banner.

We share data only with service providers that help us run the service, described here by category:

• hosting provider
• email delivery provider
• payment processor for adult services
• identity verification provider Each provider processes data only on our instructions. Partners receive the booking details they need, such as names of people on set and dates, after a booking is confirmed.

You can ask to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. You can delete your account in the account settings or by email. Some records, such as invoices, are kept for the period the law requires.

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted after you close it, except records we must keep by law. Delivery folders are deleted when the account is closed, so download your content first.
