Creator shoot rules that keep every set safe and private
FansLuxury creator shoot rules are simple: adults only, everyone on set verified, and every booking stays inside the shoot types the owner allowed in writing. Crews work under NDA and delivery stays private.
These rules apply to creators, agencies, partners and crew on every booking.
Adults only, verified before the shoot
Every creator verifies with an ID document and a selfie before a first booking. Everyone else on set, including a second creator, a guest or a partner, verifies the same way and is named on the booking.
Ambiguous checks are rejected
If a document is unclear, does not match the selfie or raises any doubt about age or identity, the check is rejected. The person can try again with a clearer document. Nobody joins a set on a pending check.
Crew checks
Photographers, videographers, hair and makeup artists and stylists working through FansLuxury are verified and sign an NDA before their first booking.
Shoot types per listing
Each owner chooses which types their listing allows. The list is printed on the listing and on the booking, and a booking outside the allowed types is refused.

Public places and permits
Public beaches and parks usually require a film permit for commercial shoots, and private property needs owner consent, which is exactly what our listings document. House rules on every booking
Each listing carries the owner's house rules, for example guest count, arrival times, areas that are off limits, furniture that cannot move, and pool or deck rules. You accept them at booking.
- Only people named on the booking come on set.
- Arrive and leave inside your booked hours, including setup and teardown.
- Leave the space as you found it. Damage is covered by the terms of the listing.
- No logos, house numbers or views that reveal the address in delivered content, unless the owner agrees.
- Cars and yachts follow the operator's safety rules and chauffeur or captain instructions.
Cancellations
The partner sets the cancellation policy, and it is shown on the listing before you book. Plan shoot days that are part of a production plan are rescheduled with your producer.
NDA crews and private delivery
Crews work under NDA. Your photos and clips land in a private delivery folder in your account, visible only to you and, on Roster plans, to the roles your agency sets. Location addresses are visible only to members with a booking. See the privacy policy for how verification data is stored and deleted.
Reporting a problem
If something on a set breaks these rules, or a listing does not match what was booked, email support@fansluxury.com with the booking reference. We review every report and act on it, including removing listings and accounts. Our terms of service describe the full process.
FAQ
Why do I need to verify my ID before booking?
Because every person on a FansLuxury set must be a verified adult. It protects creators, owners and crew, and it is why owners trust bookings from the platform.
Can a friend join my shoot?
Yes, if they are named on the booking and pass the same ID and selfie verification before the shoot day.
Can I shoot explicit content at a villa?
Only where the owner opted in to Explicit in writing, and never in Dubai or in public places. If the listing does not show Explicit, the booking is refused.
Who sees my delivered content?
Only you, and on Roster plans the agency roles you work with. Crews are under NDA and do not publish your content.
How do I report a problem on set?
Email support@fansluxury.com with the booking reference and what happened. Members can also write in the account concierge.
