Terms of service

The service is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, and older if the law where you live sets a higher age of majority. Creators and every person on set must pass identity verification with an ID document and a selfie before taking part in a shoot. Ambiguous checks are rejected, and we may refuse or close any account at our discretion when eligibility is in doubt.

You create an account with an email address and password and confirm it with a 6 digit code sent to that email. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity on your account. Agencies on the Roster plan are responsible for the users they invite and the roles they assign.

Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing is charged up front for the full year. Plan contents and prices are shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Payments are processed by secure card or crypto checkout through an adult-friendly payment processor.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.

When you move to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly billing, the price difference for the rest of the current period is charged immediately and the new plan applies once that payment succeeds. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Payments are non refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Unused shoot days, edits or allowances do not carry over to later periods unless the plan says so.

The Shoot Planner preview is free, one time and does not create a subscription. It is not a plan.

When you book a location, car, yacht, studio or crew listed by a partner, the booking is a contract between you and that partner. FansLuxury provides the platform, verification and payment flow and takes a platform commission from the partner. Member rates apply only to active subscribers.

Partners must hold the right to rent what they list, keep their listings accurate, state the allowed shoot types and house rules, and keep valid insurance where required. Partners set the cancellation policy shown on each listing.

Creators must follow the listing's allowed shoot types, house rules and booked hours, name every person on set in the booking and leave the property in the condition they found it. Bookings outside the allowed shoot types are refused, and a shoot that breaks the rules may be stopped on the spot without refund.

You may not use the service to plan, produce, store or share any of the following:

• anything involving a minor, or anyone who appears to be a minor;
• content made without the full and documented consent of every person in it;
• content depicting or involving illegal acts, violence or coercion;
• explicit content where the listing does not allow it, in public places, or anywhere in the United Arab Emirates;
• content that infringes someone else's rights, including filming people who are not named on the booking. We remove such content, close the accounts involved and report to authorities where the law requires it.

The creator owns the photos and clips delivered for their shoot. Crew members working through FansLuxury waive any claim to the delivered content and may not publish, sell or share it. On Roster plans, the agency and the creator agree between themselves how delivered content is used. We do not use your delivered content for marketing without your written consent.

Unless the partner agrees otherwise, delivered content must not show logos, house numbers or views that reveal a listing's address.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Listing details are provided by partners.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided as is, and the administrator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost earnings or lost content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your plan in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms and will notify account holders by email before material changes take effect. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the shoot rules. These terms are interpreted under the law that applies to the service and to you as a consumer, where mandatory. Questions go to support@fansluxury.com.
