Peerspace alternative for creators who need shoot-ready luxury sets
FansLuxury is a Peerspace alternative made for creator content. Every listing has written owner consent for creator shoots, shows the allowed shoot types up front, and can come with a photographer, videographer and edits.
Peerspace and Giggster are good general marketplaces. If you shoot fan platform content, you want shoot rules agreed before you book.

Why creators look for a Peerspace alternative
Peerspace and Giggster list thousands of spaces for meetings, parties, film and photo work. They are general purpose, so each host decides what kind of shoot they accept, and many hosts do not allow creator shoots or adult content at all. You find out after messages back and forth, sometimes after you have already built the day around the space.
The real cost of a refused booking
A refused or cancelled booking costs more than the rental. Your photographer is booked, hair and makeup is booked, the outfits are pulled, and the content calendar for your fan page has a gap. FansLuxury removes that risk at the listing level: owners sign shoot rules before a listing goes live, and the listing shows exactly which shoot types are allowed.
What stays the same
You still browse sets, compare hourly rates and book time blocks. The difference is that every luxury studio set and villa for content shoots on FansLuxury is already cleared for creators.

FAQ
Is FansLuxury a direct replacement for Peerspace?
For creator shoots, yes. For general events and meetings, no. FansLuxury lists only luxury sets, cars, yachts and crew cleared for creator content in Miami, Los Angeles and Dubai.
Do Peerspace hosts allow adult creator shoots?
Some do, many do not. It depends on each host and each listing, so you need to ask before you book. On FansLuxury the allowed shoot types are part of every listing.
Are FansLuxury rates higher than Peerspace?
Hourly rates are set by each owner, and luxury sets cost what luxury sets cost. With Creator Club you get member rates of up to 15 percent off, and production plans include sets and crew in a flat monthly fee.
Can I book only a studio without a production plan?
Yes. Creator Club gives you member rates and booking access for studios, rentals and travel. Production plans are for creators who want the whole day handled.
What happens if I try to book a shoot type the owner does not allow?
The booking is refused. That rule protects you, the owner and the listing, and it is the reason creators do not get turned away on the day. See the full creator shoot rules.
