List your villa for photoshoots with verified creators
List your villa for photoshoots on FansLuxury and get bookings from verified adult creators and agencies in Miami, Los Angeles and Dubai. You choose the allowed shoot types, set the house rules and get paid after each booking.
The same works for studios, supercars, yachts and crew.
Who lists on FansLuxury
Villa and penthouse owners, studio operators, exotic car and yacht rental companies, and photo and video crews. If your property or fleet is premium and you are open to creator shoots on your own terms, the platform brings you bookings from people who are verified and know the rules before they arrive.
Why owners choose a creator marketplace
General rental sites leave you guessing what a guest plans to film. On FansLuxury every booking states the shoot type, and every creator and everyone on set is verified with an ID document and a selfie. You decide what is allowed, and anything outside that is refused before it reaches you.
Partner plans and commission
Two subscriptions, both monthly or yearly, and yearly saves 50 percent. Commission is taken from bookings made through the platform.
| Partner | Premium Partner | |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $99 | $299 |
| Yearly, per month | $49 ($588 billed yearly) | $149 ($1,788 billed yearly) |
| Listings | Up to 3 | Up to 15 |
| Platform commission on bookings | 15 percent | 10 percent |
| Placement | Standard | Featured in division hubs and city pages |
| Agency productions | Booking requests | Priority in Agency productions |
| Analytics | Basic | Views, requests and conversion per listing |
Which plan fits you
One villa or a couple of cars, start with Partner. A rental company with a fleet, a studio with several sets or a property manager with many homes gets more from Premium Partner: lower commission, featured placement on pages like villas for content shoots and priority when FansLuxury Agency plans full productions.
How onboarding works
- Create an account and pick a partner plan.
- Business verification. We check the business and your right to rent the property, vehicle or vessel. Ambiguous verification is rejected.
- Shoot rules per listing. You choose the allowed shoot types: Lifestyle, Swimwear, Lingerie and Implied. Explicit is available only if you opt in in writing.
- Upload insurance and house rules. Guests see the house rules before they book.
- Add photos, hourly rate, minimum hours and availability. The listing goes live after review.
Your shoot rules travel with every booking
The allowed types are printed on the listing and on the booking. A request for a type you did not allow is refused automatically. Read the full creator shoot rules that every creator accepts.
How booking requests work
A creator or the FansLuxury producer sends a request with date, hours, shoot type, crew size and the people on set. You accept or decline within the response window. Your address is shown only after a confirmed booking.
Payouts after the booking
The creator pays for the booking at checkout. After the booking takes place, your payout is released minus the platform commission of your plan. You set the cancellation policy, and it is shown on your listing.
Privacy for owners
Crews work under NDA, no logos or addresses appear in delivered content unless you agree, and only members with a booking see where your property is. Read how we handle data in the privacy policy.
FAQ
Do I have to allow lingerie or explicit shoots?
No. You choose every allowed type per listing. Many owners allow Lifestyle and Swimwear only. Explicit is off unless you opt in in writing, and it is never allowed in Dubai or in public places.
Who is allowed on set at my property?
Only people named on the booking, each verified with an ID document and a selfie. Adults only, and ambiguous checks are rejected.
How much commission does FansLuxury take?
15 percent on the Partner plan and 10 percent on Premium Partner, taken from bookings made through the platform.
What if a guest breaks my house rules?
Report it to support@fansluxury.com with the booking reference. House rules and the cancellation policy you set are part of the booking the creator accepted.
Can I list cars, yachts or crew instead of a villa?
Yes. Supercars, yachts, studios and photo or video crews list the same way, with their own rates and rules. See how creators browse car rentals for shoots.
