How the two days run
Day one, villa. Morning lifestyle looks inside the villa with soft window light. Midday swimwear by the private pool, where the setting is fully private. Late afternoon fashion looks on the terrace with the skyline across the water.
Day two, yacht. Board at Dubai Marina, shoot interior lifestyle clips while the yacht leaves the harbor, then deck looks in open water with Bluewaters Island and Palm Jumeirah behind you. Return at golden hour for the clips that carry most of the weekend.
The timeline in your plan accounts for traffic between Palm Jumeirah and the marina and for the midday heat, which is strong even in the cooler months.
Best time of year
The comfortable season runs from October to April. Summer temperatures make outdoor shooting hard after mid morning, so summer weekends lean on interiors, early starts and evening yacht hours.
What to know about shooting in Dubai
Dubai is more conservative than Miami or Los Angeles, and the weekend is planned that way from the start.
- No explicit or implied adult content anywhere in the UAE. Looks are lifestyle, swimwear and fashion only.
- Swimwear sets happen on private property: the villa pool and the yacht deck, not public beaches or streets.
- Modest dress and conduct in public places, including the marina, malls and the drive between sets.
- Filming in public places for commercial use usually needs a permit. We keep sets on private property, where the owner's written consent covers the shoot.
