Picking the right set for the budget
If the budget is tight, the Wynwood content house gives you several rooms for one hourly rate. The Brickell penthouse is the best value for night skyline content. Crew rates for a Miami content day
Crew is often the biggest line. These are the starting rates used in FansLuxury shoot plans:

A photographer alone covers stills. If you sell clips on your fan page, add a videographer, or ask for a hybrid shooter and accept that photos and video will be shot in turns rather than at the same time. The yacht add on
A Biscayne Bay yacht block starts at $900/hour with a four hour minimum, so it adds at least $3,600 before crew. It is worth it for a sunset series or a new page debut. How a monthly plan changes the cost
If you shoot every month, a flat plan is usually cheaper than booking each day line by line.
- Creator Club, $49/month or $24/month billed yearly: member rates of up to 15 percent off partner listings, a 48 hour priority booking window and Shop member pricing. Good for creators who already have a photographer.
- Production, $999/month or $499/month billed yearly: one shoot day per month of up to six hours at a partner location in Miami, Los Angeles or Dubai, a photographer or videographer, basic hair and makeup, 60 edited photos and 10 edited clips.
- Premium, $2,499/month or $1,249/month billed yearly: two shoot days, villa or penthouse plus a supercar or yacht hour block, full crew, 150 edited photos and 30 clips.

Where Miami budgets leak
- Booking the villa for the hair and makeup hours. Start makeup offsite or in a cheaper room.
- Too many outfits for too few hours. Plan two looks per two hours.
- Shooting midday by the pool. The light is harsh. Use midday for interiors and keep the pool for late afternoon.
- Ordering edits you do not post. Decide the number of photos and clips before the shoot.
- Renting a car for the whole day. Two hours covers driving, parked and interior shots.
Permits and public spots
Private property needs owner consent, and that is what every FansLuxury listing documents. Public beaches and parks usually require a film permit for commercial shoots, so keep public scenes simple and Lifestyle only, or move them to a private terrace.
