Content creator house rental in Miami and Los Angeles
A content creator house is a home styled room by room for shooting. FansLuxury lists two: the Wynwood content house in Miami from $120 per hour and the Calabasas content house in Los Angeles from $140 per hour.
One booking gives you a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, a lounge and outdoor sets, so a single day covers a whole month of posts.

More sets per hour than any single studio
A one room studio gives you one look per backdrop. A content house gives you a new background every few steps. Move from a sunlit kitchen to a bedroom set to the pool without packing up, and your feed never looks like the same wall twice.

- Master bedroom with soft daylight and blackout option
- Bathroom with a freestanding tub
- Kitchen and breakfast bar for lifestyle sets
- Living room with sofa and statement lighting

Planning a content house day
Most creators book four to six hours. Plan one look per room, starting in the room with the best morning light and ending outdoors at sunset. Write a shot list per look: a photo set, one or two vertical clips and a teaser frame. Our content day checklist for creators covers outfits, chargers, steamer and timing.
Add an onlyfans photographer from $150 per hour and hair and makeup from $120 per hour, or let a production plan cover the crew.
How to book a content creator house
Browsing is open. Exact availability, the address and booking unlock with Creator Club ($49 per month, $24 per month yearly), which also gives up to 15 percent partner discount and a 48 hour priority window. Production, Premium and Elite plans can use either house as their shoot day location, with crew and editing included.
The rent is paid to the partner through the booking, and FansLuxury takes a platform commission. Owners of a house set up for creators can list it from $99 per month.
Sharing a house with other creators
Content houses suit collaborations. Two or three creators can book the same hours, split the rooms and rotate through hair and makeup while the others shoot. Each person on the booking passes adult ID and selfie verification first, and each creator can receive edited files in a separate delivery folder when the shoot runs on a production plan.
